Restored by Quittner for GreenRow

When GreenRow contacted us out-of-the-blue about helping out with their flagship opening in a killer space in Soho, we were — to put it lightly — surprised. They had found us the old-fashioned way: Google. Our website, which we designed and built ourselves down to moving a cursor around a color spectrum to pinpoint the precise shade of greeny-beige, was, in their words, "impressive." If the opportunity had stopped there, I would have been satisfied. We are a small business with a capital "S" and the idea that a Williams-Sonoma brand saw us as professional was a jolt of energy I desperately needed.

Over the following weeks, one phone call grew into lengthy conversations and exciting opportunities. When GreenRow opened in Soho on March 6th, our hands were all over the place and our boot prints had only just been mopped up off the floor.

While I (Pippa) and the team worked on facilitating the project, the accolades really need to go to Ben. Ben sourced new old fixtures, including a massive crystal chandelier that cleaned up beautifully, reworked pieces in our stock to fit GreenRow's needs, and tackled wiring massive Italian chandeliers and delicate sconces that were built for the GreenRow space.

We also hunted down art, ceramics, and objects to accent the store. And, if you visit GreenRow in person, you'll see restored and UL Listed antique and vintage lighting with a hangtag that reads "Restored by Quittner for GreenRow" — that's us!

Now a little over 10 days later, we are still tackling the clean-up and catch-up that comes with a massive project. But totally worth it, though!
