Like all of our soaps, this special small batch of lavender soap is local-centric. We used local tallow rendered in-house from nearby farms, local sunflower oil, and locally grown and made lavender essential oil. Each bar is hand cut and stamped, and variation is intentional. Only 30 bars available.

Each bar is 2-3oz.

— More About our Process —

When developing our soaps, we wanted to try to push our ideals around local sourcing as far as we could.

We make our beef tallow in-house from animals raised just a few miles from our workshop by Hover Farm and Gulden Farm. We capture the basil color and a light scent by infusing it into the sunflower oil, which itself is made locally from locally-grown sunflowers. The bar is flecked with dried basil, also made from basil grown in our garden.

Because this soap is made using all local and natural ingredients, the precise color of the soap changes throughout the year. Your order may be darker or lighter depending on the batch, but the ingredients are the same.

Ingredients:
local grass-fed and grass-finished tallow
local sunflower oil
local basil from our garden
sodium hydroxide (lye)
water.

No essential oils.

Each bar is 4-5oz
